I still use the older stable version in XP. I had a go with the newer 10 branch in Win7/10 and hated it, plus it was a bit buggy and the denoise settings bonkers. My only real moan is I wish any version of Handbrake would have solved that licensing issue(they did briefly but ffmeg encoder was removed!!) and put a better aac encoder in e.g Nero 1.5.4, than Faac 1.28? which at medium high bitrates 112/128kbps is acceptable, but at lower bitrates gives truly awful audio quality. |
