Requires Net Framework 4.0 which is totally useless to me. What for? This adds 600MB to my system volume (this isn't a disk space issue; it's a backup speed and common sense issue). This is the reason I ditched MediaPortal for XBMC.
And then it doesn't support Nero AAC. Yes, it's a GPL program and they can't include Nero AAC, but they could allow the user to download it and add it manually.
So, not only this program requires a huge amount of system space but it is also not good enough. Sorry no. MediaCoder, with all its advertising silliness and GPL breaking is a better option. |
