1. Press “SETUP” button on remote 2. Go to TV Aspect and highlight 16:9 Wide 3. Enter on remote: 1397139 4. Press Enter, and use ⬅️ or ➡️ until one of the OPTION 5 values is highlighted. 5. Use ⬆️ or ⬇️ until both OPTION 5 values are set to f (should show as OPTION 5: ff). 6. Press Enter 7. Press Return 8. Power off and then power back on. To confirm that dvd player is now region-free: Repeat steps 1-3, and on the top left, it should say “Region code: 0” Press Return to exit. | |||
