|ffmpeg2theora is a powerful Theora video encoder. It supports most input formats and you can also adjust brightness, deinterlace, resize, crop, add metadata and subtitles, etc. Outputs an OGV file with Theora video and Vorbis audio. Command line application but frontends/GUIs available like FFCoder or Hyper Video Converter.
