Excellent tool - works fine under Windows XP...
FFMPEG documentation is all over the internet so with some work you can tune WinFF to do exactly what you need.
I would highly recommend this tool for easy conversions (with default profiles)...
FFMPEG is very powerful but as above, you will need to RTFM to make full use of it !
