This used to be a nifty tool, but it has worsen a lot. Apparently every tool used by MeGUI has to reside in the MeGUItools folder - even avisynth plugins, which means that I have to install a lot of stuff twice! You should stick back to the old fashion way where you can set up the path for each application and then use them as they are.
