It appears that this is abandonware, as there have been no updates or input from the mods for more than a year as of Sept 09. The program has timing problems, and the manual isn't written for beginners, but all in all it was a great tool.
It is still useful for converting from one format to another, and the "Custom Format" option allows uses to create any format that isn't available in their already extensive drop-down list. |
