MeGUI is an excellent transcoder to produce quality x264 videos, an it has practically every X264 setting you can imagine to tweak for exceptional quality to size video, and it has something left out that you want to set, an additional command line function. I like its built-in updater that updates to the latest version, codecs, and whatnot. I gave it a 9 for functionality because it takes some learning and practice to master it. Definitely not for a beginner but if you have some background and knowledge on encoding/transcoding videos, you will be very happy with this gem of an app. |
