I tried creating the same project on a variety of video editing platforms. Very quickly I found the limitations of each one - or atleast with in the context of the features I wanted.
Edit Studio by far had the easiest interface to learn, and a great set of features that go beyond most of the others out there.
ES does not do DVD authoring, nor does it have fancy music included like some of the off-the-shelf retail programs. But it makes up for that in features. You have up to 7 layers (with the Home version) and an enormous amount of effects that can be performed. (PIP, slo-mo, reverse, autofade, etc)
The free trial works just like the full version except for it puts a watermark on your final video. If you're seeking to spend your money wisely and want a good video editing application with good support, give it a shot. |
