I used Nero Ultra 6.6 Photo Express to store photos from my digital camera. I did not notice until too late that Photo Express corrupted the Jpeg files so no other program could use them. I then tried to get Photo Express to export them and even Photo Express cannot restore the photos. I have been contacting their help desk in the US and Europe for more than a month and they have not yet been able to restore the photos to a useable format. As of now, I have lost 80 photos because of Nero Photo Express, and I do not recommend anyone buying it. I'll be glad to email one of the corrupted photos to anyone that thinks they can solve the problem. I'm still waiting to hear back from Nero in Europe. |
