I have attempted to install the program on 2 PCs and on both the program stalled after installing the vobsub 2.23. When i forced the setup to close and opened up the program the Start button on the program was missing and as a result i couldnt use the program.
I have AV software, spyware software and a firewall and i'd like to think most people do. But i disabled the AV software to no avail.
My assessment of the program is therefore based on the fact that it couldnt be used. |
