unfortunately, HARDSUB encoding fail to burn the ass file correctly; it misspells one of the Arabic letters. It replaces one of the letters with a question mark.THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Reply from ProWo: If you use a text based subtitle, you must check that's encoded as unicode (UTF-8), not ASCII.
