Like all programs buy at your own risk.
It does work, but if you have issues then don't expect "good" support on the forum.
Even when you indicate the problem clearly and provide feedback - like being unable to download something at the best available bitrate shown by the Application, your comments are ignored and marked as resolved and the thread locked.
Even if another user helps you out by posting a new thread to help you out, the moderator locks that one as well.
Probably because they don't want to admit they were a bit of a d1ck in their responses. Just squash any possible negative feedback.
Kinda ironic to experience Censorship on a program designed to bypass a kind-of censorship via DRM technology.
Worst support on the forum one could imagine. But if you persist and have some luck, you can mostly get what you want.
There are not many options out there and this one - even with the crappy support - is still a valid option. |
