This WAS a great product .... UNTIL Mac OS 13 Ventura. When this version came out, nothing worked anymore. I wrote more than a half dozen emails to the company asking them if and when they will have a version that works. Every email is responded to with a one-sentence response basically saying what I just told them ... that it doesn't work. They refuse to answer the question of when and IF there will be a version that works with Ventura. Is this a hard question to answer? Completely frustrating company. Horrible customer care. I'm done. |
