Winamp was the best for some time. Personally, I found it got away from just being a great audio player. I moved on to better software before Winamp's death under AOL's supervision. Checking out v5.9 is seeing that what is old is new again and I just don't need it. The uninstaller appears to do a poor job, as well. The context menus were not removed.
Good news for Winamp fans that the software is being developed again but there are better options out there. |
