For the most part this program works very well. It's much better than other downloaders in my opinion and from expertise from using them. Compared to others, this takes the frosting on the cake! It works about 98% of the time. The other two are mostly from when the providers change something that breaks the program from running effectively. I have to say the support team is always very polite, unlike others I won't name. |
