Very handy tool to change date/time.
My workflow is usually:
-in File Explorer or whatever program you want: change filename to desired date-time in format: YYYYMMMDD_HHMMSS_restoffilename.mp4
-Then use Advanced Renamer software (Kim Jensen) and change time stamp based on 'Filename pattern'
-The use 'Change Date Time Batch 1.17.06.08' to update the encoded date that is embedded in the MP4
Result: date is recognised by Google Photos and is now sorted correctly in the timeline
P.S.: Since version .08 the copy ASIS and UTC problems are resolved!
