This program didn't work for me at all. It does not read the data code in my video files and then generates random times/years for the videos. It stamped a time and date in 1970 on a video I recently shot on the 1st December 2018. I then had to calculate how many decades, years, months, days, hours, minutes and seconds I had to add/subtract in the time adjustment menu in order to get the correct time and date on the video. Took me ages just for one video! This is ludicrous. Why can't it simply read the data from the video file and do all that for me? 1970? Are you kidding me? When I watch the same video on the handy cam I took the footage with, it displays the correct date and time via the handy cam's data code function. The data with time and date is embedded in the video. Why can't this program access this embedded data? I suppose the rest is fine - you can adjust font settings and locations of the time stamp and stamp multiple files in one go. But if it can't get the time and date right without a massive amount of help from the user, what's the point? Complete waste of money. |
