Amazing software,
But 2 User-Friendly FEATURES that could be added quickly will be AWESOME:
1 - DARK Theme color (the old fashion light-gray color is too bright for the eyes on big screens) or manage to change the brightness manually will be great. GOOD EXAMPLE for DARK THEME COLOR is Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere. not too dark but dark enough to focus the video. (buttons could stay the same for early DARK THEME release if it takes time to redesign).
2 - Save STARTUP configuration, Since the old versions we need to use: "FILE > SAVE PROJECT"
and then using some annoying shortcut with the name of the files and script, example:
C:VirtualDub-1.10.4-AMD64__REVERSEVeedub64.exe /s"Xvid_Defaults.vdscript"
Please make an option to SAVE CURRENT configurations (video compression, audio, any other changes..)
and extra option such as: "Restore Default" if anyone wants to reset to default factory settings.
