Tons of options, which may be confusing or overwhelming if you don't know what they do. There are presets that help but the layout may still a bit confusing at first for some (perhaps a "simple interface" section would help, with the "advanced interface" being how it looks now)? Great customization though, settings for everything from bitrate and deblocking to cropping and adding noise to hide macroblocking, or deblocking/smoothing filters if you want to go about it that way. Color correction and automatic aspect ratio correction when needed, even. It output files that worked with my PSP and I will use it for the XBOX someday, too. Once you get used to the interface, it's amazing, in my opinion - all for free... wow (Developer, include a Donation link somewhere; I personally don't have much money but I'd be happy to send a little for such a great program that you keep updating!) |
