The previous post is theatrical and in my opinion is also inaccurate. Cyberlink PD is a very easy to use software and without exaggerated needs. Of course, if you have a wood PC then for you PD will be for sure a CPU and RAM killer. Although PD is considered a "consumer" or a "prosumer" soft, you can do easily a lot of things, you have a lot of effects, transitions, tools, enchancements - right out of the box, and the final quality is very good for home-made videos. Yes, it have also a lot of issues and frecvently crashes for various reasons, but it is the best and most complete package in its price range and target. I have tryed not only PD from 10 to 13, but also many other video editors, inclusive Adobe and Sony products, but for my comfort and because of the multitude of EASY to use tools I constantly returned to PD.
So, if you are not satisfyed with PD, dont buy it, but for me definitively does WORTH to try and use it. |
