Like the below commenter, Nothing above 3067 works for me. All have the same problem.
Using newer versions with the same MKV settings H264 constant qual 20 or average bitrate for DVDs of 1500 to 2000 all videos seem to have have the preceding frame still showing
causing the video to rapidly seem to stop and start with a trailing effect from the previous frame. Older versions work just fine. |
