*** PINNCACLE STUDIO 14 ULTIMATE COLLECTION *** (my opinion and/or experience)
PROBLEMS:
1) this software is NOT user friendly. There are multiple (many) serial numbers and registration codes, etc that you must keep track of making it IMPOSSIBLE to manage. I pay for all the software that I use, but this is IMPOSSIBLE. THAT'S NOT RIGHT.
2) Studio 14 Ultimate no longer supports Smartsounds as previous editions did. I paid $250 for my Smartsounds audio (music) collection and can no longer use them *as a plug-in) with Studio 14. THAT'S NO RIGHT !
3) Studio 14 has NEVER been updated with a patch to fix the many BUGS in the software. Is AVID trying to pull another by fixing the problems with Studio 15 and charging another $130 ?!!? THAT'S NOT RIGHT.
AVID could have a good product with Studio, but AVID (Pinnacle) refuses to make it user friendly and refuses to correct the problems associated with Studio. THAT'S NOT RIGHT.
BEWARE.... before you purchase this software !
