If this application were reliable, it would be the top entry-level video editing package, hands down. Very intuitive and easy to use when it works. Unfortunately, it is one of the most bug-riddled programs I have ever used. More than once I have seen a Pinnacle support technician on their webboard suggest to a poor soul reinstalling Windows in hopes a problem will go away! I shudder when I see a suggestion like this and it makes me wonder how fundamentally flawed the software really is. |
