I have some pal DVD mpeg1 videos that I wanted convert to NTSC vcd. I tried many programs including TMPGEnc Plus 2.5 and Mpeg encorder, nothing worked i only got 2-3 minute video from 6 hours DVD i even tried to convert it to pal vcd that didt't work either then i tried this and it worked perfectly. Highly recommended. Even if you use other program for conversion you should have this just in case |
