Just to clarify things : FairUse definitely IS free software. Free as is Freedom. Free as defined under the terms of the GNU General Product Licence (GPL).
This said, those of you guys who are asking for lifetime updates should just make a donation. The others are more than welcome to go use any other tool they like, or find a website that offers free (gratuitous) download. There are already several of such sites.
Last but not least, I wish to thank all the people supporting me everyday. You are the kind of users I like to develop FairUse for.
