Okay, here is the thing. When it works, it works well. The company advertises 50+ updates/year, but only about 33% of those updates actually function fully. About every other update will break the ability to download from any site. The most common one that has issues being Netflix. Customer services response is to just roll back to the previous version. So, you spend most of your time contacting customer service, rolling back to a previous version, and then waiting for an update (hopefully one that is fully functional). Again, when it works, it does so great. When it works! |
