The software is passable, considering there are constant outages due to various issues (DRM mostly, but also server instability, etc).
In some areas StreamFab is much better though. I bought both to enable me to get what I want.
AnyStream can be much improved if the "forum" is open to suggestions and discussions, but with the current moderation team a lot of input is - at best - ignored, but mostly your comment is deleted and threads locked. Seems the moderation team is on a power trip. Which takes much away from the software itself.
I have rarely seen a forum so mishandled by a "moderation" team. Good grief!
If the moderators were replaced and they started listing to customers, then the uptake and negative reviews will almost certainly lessen.
As it stands, it leaves a very bad taste in the mouth, so much so that one does not even want to interact with them anymore. |
