StaxRip 2.0.6.0 and NVEncC (x64) 4.55 (r1224) Nov 5 2019, Windows 10 64-bit command:
NVEncC64.exe -i "s:+++.mkv" --preset quality --aq --vbrhq 0 --max-bitrate 80000 --lookahead 32 --codec h265 --profile main10 --output-depth 10 --vbr-quality 30.5 --output-res 1280x720 --audio-codec ac3 --audio-bitrate 192 --audio-stream :stereo -o "s:---.mkv"
File has problems with audio track. It does not play sound. After remix with mkvmerge, it plays OK.
Version 2.0.2.4 with NVEncC (x64) 4.42 (r1126) Jun 5 2019 generates good file.
