I have used this product for about 4 years from Analogue DC10+ to Studio DV (both cards still in use). I capture vhs footage at full capture rate (6mb/sec), edit with studio 8 and then encode to mpeg2. I then use DVD workshop v1.3 for DVD creation. I have found that if you are trying to capture to a HD that hasn't been defragged, forget it. Also forget menu creation etc as often, you will get freeze ups, so use something else for this. |
