Pinnacle doesn't know how to produce stable software. I have both Studio, and Instant CD/DVD. Both crash like mad! I have installed them on two different computers, 1) 900 MHz Athlon with 512MB RAM, W98, and 2) 2.5 GHz Athlon XP with 512MB RAM W2K. I might like it if it would ever run without crashing. The W2K install was on a clean system, and it still bombed. I have a free copy of it coming due to a DV camcorder purchase, and I'm not going to even try it again. Customer service is of no help. Stay away. |
