Provides useful and comprehensive data.
Mis-reports .gif files as audio files when run on a directory.
"HTML" format a little disappointing.
Full spreadsheet info would be useful when in that display mode, rather than the half-and-half presentation provided.
Seems to consume large amount of CPU when changing directory, sometimes amounting to effectively a lockup - some kind of progress indicator would be useful feedback here.
Would be handy if you could run a scan on a tree of subdirectories and produce a spreadsheet of the contained files, detailing formats, bitrates, etc.
Another good use case when looking for media test data would be able to filter scanned files on codec type, bit rate, audio type, resolution etc. |
