This is a nice tool, EASY, and does what it says it does. However, it seems to slow down my system. I am on an Athalon 3200+ with plenty of RAM. Even when I don't open any other process, DVD Rebuilder takes close to 600 minutes to backup a DVD (CCE 3 pass) when if I rip it to my hard drive (with DVD Fab) and backup with DVDRB it takes about 300 min (total including rip) for the same DVD. I don't know if others are experiencing this, or if it is just my system. I don't know if I'll purchase when trial is up, when there are free tools that allow me to rip and get the job done so much faster. One DVD was still backing up in the morning after I started it before bed. |
