Program runs great. I installed 9.3 with Hollywood FX5 and it runs perfect! A faster computer works better than the minimum Pinnacle recommends. My old Celeron 2.2 with two 80g 7200's ran version 8 ok, but was slow rendering large projects. Now I am using a raid 0 system with 4 western raptors 10k rpm using one partion for the os and the other for capture. I can capture at 9 MB per second with no dropouts for up to two hours! Just finished a wedding using three digital cameras, five hours of video! The dvd is two hours long. Only took two hours to render and burn.
I'v tried other video editing programs before and Pinnacle is the best for me. It work great even with my old computer, just slow. |
