Studio will not capture using our card. Customer support claims its OK to capture elsewhere and import. Well, it wouldn't work with those clips either. Why buy an all inclusive program if you can't use all the features? OK, so we encoded with another program, then imported. HOWEVER, we are yet to get a DVD burned. It hangs on rendering and has many bugs. Customer service is terrible. They know less than I do. Editing was the only step that worked and that does us no good because it wouldn't export in ANY format, even AVI, without hanging, so we couldn't burn using another program. Waste of $99!! |
