I've been using MeGUI, VAPE, and HandBrake for years for encoding video and all of them are great software. However when I tried StaxRip I blown away with how they can manage all of advance-expert features of all 3 software I mentioned earlier into OneSwissArmy-like encoder. The one thing I really like is how they add in-built VapourSynth and some basic to advanced filter, also they support NVEnc out of the box. Overall StaxRip already beat MeGUI and HandBrake on modern encoding software for now. |
