For those who say new version (1.6.x) takes high cpu usage;
New version has turned off DXVA feature by default, so it doesn't use hardware acceleration to play your videos, and instead it uses your cpu for everything it does. To turn on DXVA goto:
Preferences > Filter Control > Video Decoder > Built-in codec/DXVA settings
and check the "Use DXVA" checkbox. Apply the change and close. It should be ok now. |
