After being a Media Player diehard for years, I finally switched all video playback to PotPlayer. Frankly it plays everything, even the videos that play on VLC but not Gom and MPC-HC but not VLC, etc. I did have to do a litle customizing to keep the screen size constant, the aspect ration the same and several other settings but PotPlayer has so many settings that can be set and is rather easy to set up, no matter what you may wish. Now I can play ALL my test videos with one player and still get subtitles in VOB, sub/idx, SSA/ASS, SRT, external with same name, DVB and Teletext besides. I love it. |
