Unbelievable holy grail of "shrink" world when it comes to titles that can't be transcoded down far enough to fit onto dvd-5 (like Return of The King ext version "extra" discs). Unlike transcoding, there is no limit on how far to reduce quality when re-encoding, and since CCE works with DVD-RB you have the option to use the best encoder on the market for those under 50-60% compression projects and still end up with high quality playback (even at bitrates of around 2000vbr using 2-3pass CCE). thank you thank you thank you author! i just recently got it working flawlessly with latest version...now it's time to pay the man for his work! |
