Very good tool! I have only been using it for about 30 minutes, but this great tool need at least one comment... As you can see from the screen shot already, there are a lot of options. While it is not the most intuitive tool I have ever used - probably due to so many options being visible at once - I believe that showing all those options at the same time is better hiding most of them. My only complaint is that this black window you see in the screen shot basically stays black while editing and only shows the subtitles, with audio playback. It would be more useful if it showed the movie as well... But maybe I just did not figure out how to this, and selecting the "Player"-tab shows a movie preview+audio+subs (at the cost of most subtitle editing options, however). But, to sum it up: For me, this tool will replace the "Subtitle Workshop", another very useful tool, which I have been using until now. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to create/edit/resync/translate/... subtitles.
