This software allowed me to edit out an annoying microsecond flash of a DVD menu at the start of a film presumably a mastering error in a commercial R1 DVD I own. At high bitrates I found that its onboard Xvid build codec looked much better than the xH264vfw version it has on offer which produced washed out colors and over smoothing of fine detail. Of course totally dated now, but FU Wizard still has its uses and legacy Xvid is a fast codec to use. |
