NOTE: the following delay relative to video problem does NOT occur
when using Xmedia Recode 3.1.7.4
Try this:
1. Take an mkv that contains:
a. A constant frame rate h264 video stream
b. An AC3 audio stream, 48Khz sample rate
c. NO audio delay as reported by MediaInfo
d. Chapters and subtitles
2. Load into Xmedia Recode 3.1.8.6
a. Set video mode to copy
b. Set audio mode to convert, AC3, normalize
c. Add subtitle
3. Add job and encode
4. Check encode with MediaInfo
a. Delay relative to video: 1mn 5s or 65531 ms
