Click on Pref or right click and select Display->Preferences to open the Settings.
Here you define where to capture and to what format, VCD,SVCD or DVD.
Now click OK.
Select your TV-channel or to capture from S-Video or Comoposite select Display->Ext1 or Ext2 or S-Video.
Click on REC and then Record a video file to start recording.
After you captured you must multiplex the captured video so you can burn and author it.
Launch TMPGEnc.
Select File->MPEG Tools.
Select what Type you have captured, Video-CD or SuperVCD. If you have captured DVD skip this step.
Browse to open the captured video.
Select a output name.
And hit Run.
Now it is just to author and burn
the VCD read here or
the SVCD read here or
the DVD read here.
Done.
