I recorded a video with my Colossus 2 card which results with a MP4 ts file.
The video was 29.97fps, Standard Definition.

upon loading it in to "Veedub64" or the included "Virtualdub" caused it to
report the file as 59.940fps and duplicated each frame. Is this normal?

In its favor, it did convert the audio AAC to WAV
