0.8.0.1 Beta vs 0.7.5.5 scanning bitrates of 36 GB Blu-ray folder on OS Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

0.7.5.5 took 25 sec
0.8.0.1 Beta took 35 sec

0.7.5.5 is clearly the winner here, but I must say I love the UI of 0.8.0.1 Beta and the dark mode is a plus as well.

Note remove the comma from Video bitrate

Will BDINFO support the Imax version of DTS:X? Dreamgirls is a good example. BDINFO says DTS-HD MA 7.1, it should be IMAX DTS:X Master Audio.

Hi,

Any specific reason why sometimes we have these two informations when scanning a UHD disc and other times we don't have them?
- Maximum Content Light Level
- Maximum Frame-Average Light Level

Examples when scanning these 2 UHD:
1- Datas are present => https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Babylon-4K-Blu-ray/328736/
2- Datas are not present => https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Flashdance-4K-Blu-ray/331200/

Version 0.7.5.6 doesn’t work directly with ISO-Images anymore by using the “ISO”-Icon as version 0.7.5.5 did. First of all you have to mount the ISO-Image and then use the “Browse”-Icon!

BDInfo is a great tool but unfortunately some discs can not be scanned, it get stuck on "Scanning.." but if i use DVDFab and use it's own
BDInfo tool it works all the time. I would love BDinfo (standalone) to get fixed for this problem. DVDFab BDinfo Tool is version 0.7.5.9 while the standalone (this one) is at v0.7.5.5.

Doesn't work with folder containing Cyrillic characters like Russian for example.

Need a fix to address this issue.

Best program ever, current version still lacks a button for easily copy the full path of the playlist or the functionality to drop it in the tsmuxer (workflow to make an iso). If you do it more times a day, you can certainly understand.

Very useful tool for quick examination of Bluray structures with all information needed. Is in use nearly everyday.

Excellent software, but found 2 strange behaviours in new version:

* ISO button remains dimmed when app cannot load ISO for some reason - restart is required to load another ISO
* v0.7.3.1 reports error while scanning specific discs (both ISO mode and file mode), which didn't occur in v0.7.1

However, ISO files cannot be examined when already mounted (File already in use by another process)

This new version does do scan correctly 4k BDs, just needs the inclusion of HDR and Dolby Vision metadata info and it's all good.

I can't select the BDMV folder, as the folder is seen by OSX as an archive.
Please fix it :)

I've modified the source so it can scan for a directory with iso's inside it and automatically saves all the information to a txt file with the same name as the iso. For the rest is works the same as the original program.

It needs Daemon-Tools Lite to be installed on your system.
