Works well for fixing broadcast streams, with a couple caveats. For one, if a stream is sufficiently mangled, it will hang. For another, the output seems to cause problems in BeSplit: BeSplit will report that some of the repaired frames are 1 byte short (which doesn't seem to be true) and drop them (which is bad, this affects sync). If this program fails for you, try BeSplit with -fix switch, although as I said, it drops bad frames instead of padding them like it should.

Very awesome program... When I had some corrupt AC3 streams and the streams wouldn't work through DVDauthorgui, it fixed what ever was wrong with them...

Good tool. If you have problems with an AC3 stream, give it a try. I had a stream that DVD-Lab could not read properly and that failed during the DVD compilation. I ran the stream through this tool and even though it reproted that no errors were found, it still generated a new file which I used successfully. I still don't know what was wrong with my old file, but it was probably not a bad frame and AC3Fix still corrected it.
