    How can i convert ssa subtitles to srt subtitles?

    It doesn't work. When i open the ssa. file, it says unknown format. Do i need anything or is there another program?

    Ok i tried subtitle workshop, and it worked, but there came black background with white text, and the original was only white text, is that normal, or should i convert it to another format, so it only keeps the text?

    Will subtitle studio and/or subtitle workshop also work for converting in the opposite direction (srt to ssa)?
