I burnt 2 video DVD in 2x. Result:
1 works fine
1 doesn't works neither on my standalone reader nor on my PC

Burnt with Pioneer DVR-106 / DVR-A06 at 2x
Burning reliability is Mixed.
PC reliability is Mixed.
DVD reliability is Mixed.
Media color is Purple.
Media text is SK DVD-R single sided High-Quality DVD-RECORDABLE.
