I found out that writing more than about 4,2 GB of video data most of the time results in a coaster.
So if you want to use these discs you’ll have to limit the maximum destination size before transcoding and burning.

I burnt several movies with succes. Now I get many coasters. Most of the discs fail to complete the burn and stop at 98% or 99%. When I burn the same movie with Princo or Imation brand DVD-R it burns without any problem. Are there any people with same problem?

Works fine on my Toshiba burner (original firmware dec. 02). No errors yet during recording and playback. Great video picture till the end of the disc. It's a pity it only burns at 1 speed. I bought a 50 pack for Euro 59.
