bulk silver top from TTG, mixed burns would be correct.. I get occasional bad blocks from CDSpeed surface scan , though it may or may not necessary show up (through skipping) during playback of the movie. The AN32 is much better. Yamakawa branded 4x from Ecost also uses AN31. Always verify your data if you use this media.

Some of the worst media I have ever used, and I've used thousands. Of course, up to now I've only used DVD+R/W. I'm using a brand new Sony DW-U14A. It's rated at 4x but never stays at that speed even if it gets there. Usually the writer has to continually try to re-write the same sector not once or twice but 20-30 times. Some burns last as long as an hour. If by some miracle it does finish, the disk plays fine. Avoid at all costs. I wouldn't take them even if they were free.

seemed to work fine so I bought another drum but they sometimes seem reluctant to burn even more so when the PC was warm. Only 2 or 3 complete failures out of 50. Just time consuming.
